☕️ A Crypto Christmas Card for You 🎄🎅🏻

Hello dear reader, Merry Christmas (and other seasonal holidays!) 

We hope you’re snuggling by the fireplace with your loved ones. 

You’ve all opened presents. 

Maybe all of your gifts went directly to your friends and family’s crypto wallets that you helped them set up.

They’re confused, they’re nodding, and they’re trying to smile at you encouragingly. Good job.

Now, reader, at Christmas, you tell the truth.

Or at least that’s what the creepy sign guy from Love Actually says. It’s like, buddy, move on. It’s too late, Natalie Portman’s character is married.

You’re only going to burden her with this confession. Go star in The Walking Dead.

But regardless of the context around it, the message is important, so we wanted to take some time this holiday season to tell you:

You’re special to us. We appreciate you. And we love you.

We know, we know, it’s a big word and maybe it’s too soon, but we can’t deny these feelings any longer.

We’re a young newsletter and we’re growing fast.

We’re almost four months old and we’re already hitting most of the benchmarks for infant development. We’re recognizing complex shapes and color and the sound of our mother’s voice, but most importantly, we’re recognizing you.

So whether you’ve been with us since the start or you’re just tuning in, know that you have a special place in our hearts.

Because without you, the reader, this newsletter wouldn’t exist.

We wouldn’t get to write comedic breakdowns of crypto news. We’d be back to cutting letters out of magazines and sending bizarre, threatening missives to our ex-spouses and local congressmen.

We may not be on Santa’s nice list, but our staff are on several government watchlists.

And speaking of surveillance, be on the lookout for the Coffee & Crypto podcast. The first episodes will be dropping in January and our trailer will be dropping this week!

Our podcast will be a lot like the newsletter, but with people and sounds. You’ll see.

It’s hard to explain, but the content and tone will remain the same in accordance with the terrifying, iron fist of our corporate PR department (just 1 guy named Steve.)
